Guideline of Ethical Behavior

This guideline initiates specific allowable ranges and standards for employee behavior for the efficient operation of the code of ethics. All executives and employees should make efforts to form advanced company culture by complying with this guideline as a standard for ethical decision-making and behavior.

1. Responsibility for the Country, Society and the Environment

1) We respect socially recognized values such as laws and customs, and pursue mutual development through reasonable business activities.
2) We comply with international agreements and laws related to human rights, environment and culture.
3) We contribute to economy and local society by creating job opportunity and faithful tax payment.

2. Responsibilities and Obligation to Customers

1) We work with a sincere attitude to our customers and protect their information and keep promises.
2) We respect customers’ opinions and strive to achieve customer satisfaction by offering the best quality and service that are based on technical skills.
3) We do not harm the profit of customers by immoral behaviors.

3. Responsibilities and Obligations to Stockholders

1) We respect the rights and value of stockholders/investors, and operate the risk management system and internal control system efficiently.
2) We establish a responsible management system to provide the information necessary for management decision-making in a timely manner and secure the trust of stockholders.

4. Impartial Competition & Business

1) All transactions with business partners are conducted fairly in accordance with the principle of autonomous competition to ensure equal opportunities for participation.
2) Registration and selection of business partners is carried out in a transparent and reasonable manner with objective criteria and fair evaluation standards.
3) We strictly comply with laws and regulations related to fair trade thoroughly.

5. Basic Ethics of Executives/Employees

1) We maintain individual dignity and company honor with high ethical values.
2) We understand our company’s policies, regulations, and handle fairly in duties.
3) We do not hamper the unity of the organization by creating/disseminating rumors and behaviors against workplace etiquette.
4) Employees do not engage in fraudulent behavior when performing work, and put the company’s profits first.
